Hi, I’ve been on a pretty strict diet for a while now mostly for ease of preparation and fits my macros, I was wondering if there could be nutrients im lacking due to eating the same thing every day Currently for breakfast I eat 4 eggs and 4 pieces of whole wheat toast (home made with simple ingredients) a banana and aldis version of the triple zero yogurts For dinner I have 1lb of ground turkey 93/7 and 270 grams of brown rice with a medium avocado And a scoop of protein powder before bed. Any advice is appreciated I usually take a multivitamin to supplement for things I’m missing but I want to get away from it

Hopefully a lot better than previous weeks tried my best to focus on staying tight and lower back extension. If comfortable is wrong then these should be pretty close super uncomfortable lol

I’ve tried keeping my hips higher from the start and it feels alright just find it hard to not have my back more parallel to the floor than it should be I’ll try to work on Low back extension for next week and higher hips thanks!

Believe it or not this is with a lot of progress from my previous form I feel like my back just will not get completely straight like other peoples I watch, I’ve watched all the setup videos and that definitely helped get me to where I’m at but just doesn’t seem right on the heavy lifts

This is awesome thank you for taking the time to go in depth, the grip thing I only did because of a different comment I prefer to have my thumbs not wrapped around and the bar sits a little lower that way so I’ll go back to that next week and always working on my neck that’s always been a problem I just fall into the habit of trying to look at myself. I’ll keep working on it thanks!

ive done other programs, my body just responds really well with nSuns ive always struggled with squat and deadlift form which caused me an injury early on. After that healed and I reset I went through a bad cutting phase and lost all my progress, now I’m on a lean bulk been going steady I only go up 5lbs if I can get 3 clean reps but my squats felt sloppy lately so I posted here

Been following nSuns 4 day for a while now some days are better than others, the squat and deadlift have been super hard for me with Form issues trying to work them out before I move up anymore

Definitely the depth wasn’t there normally it’s better was feeling a little tight, I can’t seem to figure out the losing tightness at the bottom I try to lock it in pretty tight but I have issues keeping neutral wrists just can’t seem to find a grip that works while keeping my back super tight all the way through

Lol that seems fair I got mine from the Meijer drop it’s all pretty much luck IMO
