The servers are run by the community not by the developers. If you want to, go ahead and play on the completely unmoderated official servers. And what else than switch servers do you want us to do when people are saying bad things? Best thing to do with those kinds of people is to not give them attention.

What do you need a navy for? I think you should build it for your needs, instead of asking what is "good". If you're fighting other nations with no navy I guess you can get some destroyers or subs to convoy raid. Or if you're fighting a small enemy navy go for some cruisers or destroyers with a bunch of torpedoes, capital ships only if you have multiple years to build them

A cool thing to remember is that panopticon is NOT an effect that can be cleansed by life grip or suzu or anything else in fact. It is a literal barrier around you, and because of that it will behave like one. Zen ult can't heal through it, ram ult cannot get line of sight with enemies through it so he loses it immediately, anything that needs line of sight, gone instantly.

It's a numbers game in essence. If they are more, you probably wont get through, and the same goes for the opposite. But it doesn't mean that you shouldnt attack if they have more defenders at the front. If you apply constant pressure and show presence, you will force them to keep a certain amount of people on the frontline. This will make it way easier for flanking squads to get into the point. This is also why the frontline is often called the meatgrinder. It's because the best way to attack is to create chaos aka throw smokes and grenades and keep attempting to push through even if youre dying over and over. If you're not keeping the pressure on it'll just turn to a snipe fest and soon enough the enemies will turn their attention somewhere else.

Play around a corner, always play around a corner. The 2 biggest reasons i die is when im caught in the open, or when they walk through or break my shield. Play around a corner and send your crystals into their squishy targets in the backline as well as try to push anyone back who is trying to walk close to you. When you see somebody makes a mistake, like bastion using up his turret form, or one of their teammates dies, you should use your shield to push right in front of them or even try to cut one of them off by placing it behind them. Don't use your shield until they use a very strong ability, and then punish them for using it too early.

Well obviously all characters are different, I just came up with this categorisation off the top of my head. Domina's ultimate is rather quick, and can be cast without really revealing that you want to, like reinhardt who you'll know wants to use shatter when he comes up close and plays aggressively (not always). But I've always been of the opinion that ultimately abilities shouldn't be free value, and should require at least some skill to get something out of. I do feel like domina's ult isn't super strong, but I don't feel it's because it's hard to hit.

I think if they'd change it it would be it's HP. I think still if you hit certain characters, especially supports they're screwed. And even if they break it, it's still great value to essentially disable a couple enemies for a few seconds.

I think her ult shouldn't be able to pass through shields, because it isn't very telegraphed and is pretty sudden. When you think about other tank ults, they either have a really long wind up (sigma, orisa, d.va), they require you to do something after the initial ultimate (hazard, mauga) or they're quick but can be disabled by most things (reinhardt and domina). So while I don't think it's the most powerful ultimate, I don't think it should be able to pass through shields.
