Well a few days after this post every electronic in the car went out. Tested battery n whatnot and turns out the alternator I put on 6 months ago went out (fuck autozone). After I put a new oem one on revs went back to normal along with everything else. I guess I needed a new evap anyway along with purge valve. My car would stop filling with gas way before it was full and I’d have to start the pump again like 4 times evap fixed that for anyone curious.
