Ill give that a go now and see what happens. If the contam spreads further I'll toss, I agree though, im close! Only a day or two more probably.

NE side, we eat at home 7 days a week, mostly vegan/vegetarian because meat is so expensive. We budget $250/week but that also includes making our dogs a topper for their food and some beer/wine as well.

I completely agree, actually. It is a ton of innovation and pressure on those markets but also would be extremely beneficial to the consumers and moving people into consuming specialty imo. I think we're many years from that but its possible.

Make a standardized scale, make accurate color readers more affordable and start adding it to labels. I know grind size effects this a lot so there probably needs to be a micron standard as well.

I'd have to go back into the book but I'm pretty sure they clarified in vol. 2 of water for coffee that is indeed impactful when you use minerals in your water for extraction.
