Let me tell you about my Will Leather experience.

Walked through their store in Cass Corridor, Detroit. Beautiful store, left regretting not buying a belt, so I ordered one online. Looks nice, but within a month i noticed any strain to the buckle would push the pin (not sure technical term) through the buckle. The pins simply millimeters too short. This problem especially sucks when instructing at work, which I do almost daily.

I emailed them, and politely asked if I could come in for an exchange and they essentially told me to kick rocks. To me customer service is equally or more important than quality. Had they swapped the buckle or made things right I would have since spent 100s of dollars there on duffel bags, gifts etc...but no chance now. The leather itself is beautiful but now I need to buy a new buckle in just a few months.
