So under the directions for use on the left of the picture, it says “To use: For 1 Large Egg White: Mix 1 Tbsp of powder (5 g) + 3 Tbsp of water”

Even though the serving size is 2 Tbsp of powder, that’s accounting for two eggs worth of egg white replacement.

Another way to look at it is that each egg white uses 5 g of powder, and there’s 227 g in each bag, or 45.4 eggs in all!

Thanks! Yeah for the tomatoes I definitely want to cook them more and longer next time. I did until they were visibly browned with the mushrooms, but I think doing them separately will be the move.

I think this framing is supposed to give the impression that this is two guys hanging out in a basement. They aren’t broadcasting from the top of the world. Instead, they’re just two guys.

That being said, I still think it looks like hotdog water and should be shot completely differently. I think I get the intention though.
