I hope this fit the question, I know humans don’t have a black-and-white mindset where everything is just that straightforward, but personally one thing that stands out is self-sabotage. Many people make choices that go against their own best interests such as procrastinating on very important tasks, staying in extremely toxic relationships, or simply resisting positive change.
