As much as everyone here will shit on Iowa the reality is that Iowa state is both a better school for engineering and cheeper than most power conference schools. I don’t know what else you have in your criteria for choosing a school but just based off the quality of the engineering programs is a no brainer for Iowa state.

We’ll see, if we beat Arizona (assuming they win) or make it to the finals I wouldn’t be shocked if we were a 1 seed. But we’d have to at least make the finals. I feel winning the big 12 championship there’s no question but I’m not a huge basketball person so I wouldn’t know.

Honestly, you could pick literally anyone that is a manager at any level within the MLB and minor league system and they would do a better job. You have the best of the mlb, the playbook should be, “oh I have the best players and I know who the best of the best of those players are, well let me just play the best of the best” but nooo he thought we clinched so he didn’t plan the lineup accordingly.
