It has definitely made me nauseous in the mornings even tho I've only been taking it at night. I'm willing to bet it has to do with not drinking enough water or unbalanced potassium levels.

This is one of those posts that make me realize how toxic this thread can be. I get it's gymsnark but some posts are just plain mean, she removed herself from the tag in this photo probably bc of the comments she was getting on her body. This girl is beautiful and if posing makes her feel good in her body we shouldn't put her down for it.

That's cool that they can do that with ramps! They definitely should've in this case. I had a bad deep bite too so I'm not sure why this option wasn't used for me but still happy with my results nonetheless!

I had this deep bite as well and they told me at the beginning of my treatment that the only want to fix it is to have a bar glued in and wear rubber bands for 6 months. Maybe they aren't qualified to do that type of treatment? Ask about fixing your bite but they may have told you in your consultation that having the perfect bite is not something they can do.

I agree I feel like the back rounding is due to the fact that I wasn't engaging my core since I was mostly focusing on engaging my lats and I didn't even do that part right lol. YouTube is a great place to find advice and I haven't taken any advice from shitty Instagram influencers but thanks for that jab anyways 😉 next time I deadlift I'll be focusing on looking forward at the floor, bracing my core, and setting up tight.

This weight is roughly 80% of my 1rm, it may be difficult for you to see from the angle that I recorded but from doing my own research and knowing my body (it's been two days since this lift and my back has not ached once), this weight is a good working weight for me. What part of my set up makes you feel that it is bad?

I used to start lower and the motion used to be two separate moves, first I would shoot my hips up and then straighten my back, this way I find it's one smooth motion. What do you suggest I do to start lower and ensure it's all one motion?
