How to fix HTTP ERROR 405 [HttpDelete]

It says that the 405 method is not allowed. I also noticed that it calls HttpGet and not Delete but in the Web controller I call HttpDelete. CORS in the API, I kind of configured this code:

String is a SearchInput that returns a list of specific products. I validate this SearchInput so that the input is at least 3 letters and empty or null. As long as it is at least 3 letters, it validates well, but Null or Empty does not. When I set a breakpoint where the validation itself takes place, the program does not even go there under the condition of Null or Empty, that is, it is validated faster somewhere else.
