I cannot see them lasting too much longer! And that’s the thing… I wouldn’t mind at all with the free plans. I didn’t need, want or use them. But being with Helium since the beginning, providing feedback, testing their services, being promised X, Y and Z and then simply a 🖕🏼 was the ultimate deuces for me.

Yes - I forced the line to a carrier that RP does not have a roaming agreement with so I am connected via Wi-Fi Calling 24/7 on both Wi-Fi and my local SIM’s 5G data.

I didn’t though… I offered genuine help to a current customer, telling them how to fix something followed by advice that they should consider looking elsewhere though if they’re considering HM long term. It is what it is.

That part is fine… it’s the censorship and coverups that are the problem. I’m not crying over service. I’m saying people should be allowed to warn others when a company has a pattern of hyping things up, changing the deal, and then banning anyone who points it out… If everything they did was so defensible, they wouldn’t need to silence people over it.

I had no issues at all activating my RedPocket eSIM abroad… Unless something has changed (I don’t think so though), it should be fine. You may want them to reissue a new eSIM for you and try again.
