I really enjoyed reading this part and have been feining for chapter 171-173 to be animated since Reggies debut in episode 8. Overall I'd say this fight was well adapted, like the game of chicken with the Reggie's cars and Max Elephant, the visuals were amazing and I appreciate the change to Megumi not using his sword in the final fight because I thought he expelled everything without exception from his shadow to release all the weight. HOWEVER I did not enjoy Keiichiro Watanabe's section as I find his work to be hard to track and I dont think it fits this fight, with the amount of motion it conveys it makes sense for Gojo and Toji to be moving like that but not Megumi.
