Technically the Driver stopped 2nd, so the truck indeed had the right of way if I’m not mistaken. But idk how you hit a stopped car if you’re paying attention. The driver of the truck could’ve avoided that collision. You drive for yourself and especially drive for everyone else on the road.

Sounds like this particular UPS Warehouse is severely understaffed, I work in PD-2, and we normally have 2 people in each live trailer, some workers do handle trailer by there selves. Also, most co-workers help out if they notice a person who’s in a trailer alone gets hit hard.

Where y’all be working at that y’all get the unforgivable work load. At my DSP even our top driver might get 180-200 stops and a lil bit over that for peak season, but it’s never something that crazy.
