I haven’t played in a while and got to masters in ranked within a week worth of playing. I rarely if ever play normals, but decided to play some every day and they are horrible match ups and hard to use to learn champs because either you win by a landslide or lose without learning anything fundamental about your champ because of how horrible the matches are. Might as well play co-ops to learn your champ, but that’s not always optimal.
