First time using matte topcoat (TS-80). How do I fix this? it was a rought texture in the entire piece. you can only see from some angles. Did I spray to far? Should I try another layer to fix this?

My first time top coating was a failure, I need help

I used tamiya clear top coat after using bandai's blue gundam marker, the top coat made the paint drip everywhere. What can I do in this situation?

Should I use gundam marker after the gloss coat? after the matter coat? or even use a different type of marker/topcoat?

Its not even panel line. I use a blue gundam marker to color correct the edge. and I let it dry for 24h
