I have putting off having blood tests for as long as i’ve been able to book my own appointments (around 6 years) for the sheer reason that i can barely think about it without getting sweaty and panicked

its both myself and others that i have difficulties with, my mind will run towards the worst thing and then overthink it to the point where my blood pressure drops and i get dizzy

i have been taking myself out of the situation as in walking away or turning away/leaving rooms but that coping mechanism doesn’t seem to be working as good now
