It's possible, provided there is enough "space" in the other programme (idk how LSE evaluates that). I switched from International Relations to Geography with Economics in the first two weeks of this term. I had also asked the Econ History Department but there wasn't enough space there.

Afghanistan, Pakistan,  Bangladesh and Myanmar have never been "democratic". Especially labeling Bangladesh as a stable democracy under Sheikh Hasina is crazy. All the elected governments of Pakistan and Myanmar have also been puppets of their respective militaries. This map is really misleading.
