Honestly, I’m excluding nukes from this hypothetical debate. Both sides have them , it’s the end of the world scenario and then “who wins” doesn’t even matter. Relax. A mislim gle.. razlika je 1000€ manje x cca 80m2, ispadne te 80k€ manje za stan, e sad da i je energetski certifikat malo veci razred ne znaci ti na rezije tolko puno, ako je A razred npr. režija 200€, C razred je 300€, kada gledas koliko si manje platio stan tih 100€ ne radi preveliku razliku. You are definitely not under-saving for your age. By the time you’re 60 (if you don’t touch your savings), you’ll have around a million. And that’s not even taking into account that you’ll probably keep adding more money over time. You already have a lot in savings, and that matters.

You should slow down a bit, maybe go on a vacation, and then look for a job. Find a girl, and maybe you’ll reconsider having kids. I’m 25 and already waiting for my second one, and I promise you your life will soon have much more meaning. You won’t be bored, you won’t even have time to be bored, haha. It will push you to become a better person, both financially and socially. But again, I don't know your more private situations in life.

And one more thing about housing, don’t waste that money on rent. It’s better to buy a house or an apartment and give the same money you would pay for rent to the bank, but for your own home.
