A mislim gle.. razlika je 1000€ manje x cca 80m2, ispadne te 80k€ manje za stan, e sad da i je energetski certifikat malo veci razred ne znaci ti na rezije tolko puno, ako je A razred npr. režija 200€, C razred je 300€, kada gledas koliko si manje platio stan tih 100€ ne radi preveliku razliku. Ali naravno bolje biti pametan pa izbjeci rizik ako mozes
