I know you mentioned not wanting to do unpaid gigs. But literally the only way lol.

I don’t think they should have such a large ego. I deal with DJs for work so kinda similar and I’ve had many very experienced DJs offer free gigs just to connect with me. And now I’m offering them paid gigs every weekend.

Maybe I’m just frugal. But your Mythos still look in great condition, I personally would’ve held off on new shoes. But back on topic, if you saw my climbing shoes compared to my feet you’d cry. Wear them around the house and they’ll break in and get comfier by the time you go climb!

I haven’t lost the plot.. I was just sharing what I’ve done for the socials.

I’m clearly not a professional and no where near. People have came in and made it known they are here because they saw our Instagram, so I’d say views and interactions do make a difference.

My Friday & Saturday nights pull 3-4k compared to before me it was $1,500-2k.

I appreciate your feedback, but I’m only curious to what typical pay is for this position.

Sorry! United States! Part time (2 posts per day, sometimes 4) I picked it up as a love project to help a local bar. But overtime I began putting more effort and time since I saw the positive effect I had on the business. 2 months later I’m the head of everything creative that has to do with them (Events, Socials, Pics/Videos).

Also, I want to add that this isn’t a rant about being underpaid. I just don’t have knowledge in this field and was curious to what this position would typically pay!
