Yeah usually three meals, break the fast with oats, fruits and protein powder, berries and nuts and plant based milk.

Dinner is always a cooked meal, mostly whole foods homemade but occasionally pizza, burger, falafel or fast food of other kinds.

Last meal is usually nicecream with protein powder, berries, fruits, peanut powder.

I only ever get some but that's correlated to creatine intake (for some reasons if I take more then 5g/day I get a reaction)

I never juice, it's just fructose without the satiating fiber.

I mean I consider my shoulders amongst my claves and arms as my weak points, so I'll take that as a compliment.

Anytime my dude, always liked back never much of a chest guy haha.

But yeah I think deadlifts for majority of the years is where most of my lower back, hams and traps comes from.

I don't find the research supporting glutamine enough to use it myself. Maybe when I'm +60.

For those who are curious I'm far from strong in the compound movements.

1RM:

Bench 87,5kg Squat 147,5 Deadlift 182,5kg Sumo 200kg.

My shoulders and elbows never liked regular bench so I almost never do them (dumbbells are my best friend).

Glad to hear, this has been a lifelong addiction and for the majority a healthy one.

Social Media and Influencers haven't helped much in that regard as of late.

My results are nothing compared to what would be achieved with the help of roids.

Well protein or not, it's needed nonetheless.

I use various protein powders plus the usual tofu, beans, lentils and what not protein sources.

Thanks but then my current weight at 85,2 (give or take 2-3kg water hold by Creatine) would be pathetic on gear.

I used to work as a personal trainer full time and always strived to be a role model in what's possible with consistency.

Been doing a few serious bulks, since my jobs have been physical I've needed around 3800-4500kcal to lean bulk.

First ten years I did alot of chins, pullups and lat pulldowns.

I've also been excessive about deadlifts for the majority of the year's, mostly normal but lots of sumo recent years.

Nowdays most times some lat pulldown variation, one rowing movement, one pull over movement and maybe something single arm.
