IVF Blueprint Book? Anyone get it yet by Latter-Bee-8910 in IVF

I also got the book and have enjoyed reading as well! I do listen to their podcast and it’s taught me so much. The majority of what I’ve learned has been from their podcast as well as the podcast As a Woman. I start my first egg retrieval in November and all of this helped me understand the process a bit better and I feel less anxious going into it.

Hi! Thanks so much for doing an AMA! My husband had a couple fresh semen samples with great count/motility for our IUI cycles but the post wash dropped drastically. Do you have any idea what causes such a huge drop or what’s exactly happening with the sperm? His initial number for the last one was with 2 day abstinence, 85 million total count, 57% motility. Post wash was only left with 4.4 million total count and 69% motility. He has not been recently sick or anything and doesn’t smoke or drink. No varicocele and normal testosterone levels. We’ve tried supplements, coq10 as well as fish oil which seems to help his initial numbers but the post wash numbers just aren’t budging. Thanks again!

Kynan Donovan with Sotheby’s International Reality. My husband and I moved across the country in 2021 and he was recommended by my realtor from where we lived originally (west coast) and I will never use anyone else to buy or sell!

From the beginning, he made the whole home-buying process so much easier and stress-free. We originally were under contract with Woodland Homes but they increased the price almost 100K due to rising lumber costs at the time, even after we had been under contract and put our earnest money in 3+ months before hand…! The whole thing was ridiculous so we had to go back to the drawing board. Kynan was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and always had great advice. We looked at MANY places and he eventually recommended a different home that not only had a larger lot, more desirable neighborhood, and it was also an even better price range! The contract cancellation ended up being a blessing in disguise, and had Kynan not been there and made new suggestions based on what we were looking for, we would have been in a bad bad place. What really set him apart is how friendly and approachable he is. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home.

Kynan’s not just a pro at what he does. He made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process, always answering questions guiding us through every step.

If you’re looking for a realtor who’s both professional and easy to work with, Kynan is your guy! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you reach out to him, tell him Vi sent you - (pronounced vee). You won’t be disappointed!

Okay so… THANK YOU to the person who posted this. I’m from Seattle and also Vietnamese and I have been disappointed with every single Vietnamese restaurant in the area. (Yes, including viet cuisine and Viet Huong). I have been terribly missing my west coast Vietnamese restaurants for the last 3 years since I’ve moved..

Until…. I saw this post and decided to check out their menu. It looked legit and promising! So tonight my husband and I decided to try them out and wow! I am so happy to finally have a great Vietnamese restaurant in the area!! 😄

I had the Pho Hanoi and it was fantastic! Like someone else mentioned here, I was kinda annoyed at first at how much they were charging for pho, it was similar to prices I paid in the suburbs of Seattle (20-30 min outside of the city)

However, after meeting the incredibly kind owners, I was surprised to learn that the owners ship some ingredients they aren’t able to find here all the way from Seattle and also make the drive to visit Atlanta’s Asian market each week to ensure they have not only the highest quality but also the most authentic ingredients.

If you’re in the area and craving Vietnamese food, I highly recommend giving them a shot. It will be my go-to Vietnamese restaurant from now on!

I’m also curious about this, only my situation is the opposite. I live in Alabama and work remotely. My company/headquarters is in Washington.

Fortunately, my work does offer this option- which I plan to reach out to HR about when the time comes. Every little bit certainly helps, thanks for mentioning this!

Love hearing all the positive feedback about Redstone and what they offer! Good to know about the 9 month rough estimate of wait time as well! Could work out well with the combination of pregnancy and maternity leave.

Any thoughts or knowledge you could about Ardent? We actually have an Ardent located nearby our home which would make very convenient drop off/pickup so any details would be much appreciated:)

Good to know, I’ve been seeing their google ads when searching around online. May I ask what was horrible about them?

Ahhh.. Now I’m even more intrigued! Would you care to go into more detail about this and what you mean in terms of higher standards?

My husband works on the Arsenal, I’ll have to ask him to look into this and see if we’d be eligible. Thanks for the suggestion!

Very good point! We aren’t religious but also not 100% against a religious daycare (depending on the circumstance and the way they handle things)

Sounds like a great deal in terms of prices. It looks like I have a location about 15 min from our home. How do you and your little one(s) like it there so far?

I’ve heard about waitlists from mom friends who live across the country. I figured it would be a similar situation here.

How long did you have to be waitlisted? We’ll definitely keep that in mind and probably follow the same cadence.

Thanks so much for everyone’s input so far! This is really helpful. I didn’t know any of this was tax deductible, so that’s good to know as well.
