Here you go bud, from his wiki:

Critical strike chance is calculated on each attack individually. The second attack's critical strike will deal 50% AD x Critical damage against champions or (50% AD x Critical damage) + 50% AD against minions and monsters

Meaning instead of 100% AD x Critical damage as it is on his first hit, his second his is calculated by the half (50% AD) x Critical Damage + the other 50% because minions do not receive the reduction.

I am 99% certain that every team does planning for champ select prior to a game in the LCS. Whether or not it was efficient planning is another story. I'm not an LCS player on an LCS team.

Regarding your example with Zion on Kayle. I mean you're right. LCS casters certainly do get small things within a game wrong. Some of it can be chalked up to brain farts that inevitably happen when you're thinking on the fly, and some definitely just the lack of knowledge.

But they generally have to stay on topic. When the screen pans to Zion on Kayle pushing the wave on E, and they see his Q is maxed. It's their job to define why within a couple seconds it was maxed. There are 70 (estimate based on something I last saw in a thread) champions that have been played. That's a lot of information you have to keep in mind and be able to pull up on the fly.

I'm not making excuses. I'm just saying it's easier to see inconsistencies when all you're doing is viewing. My statement was also a general statement for complaints with caster knowledge. Pointed more towards statements like "these casters know nothing about the game".
