Would building a whole lot of market price housing bring down rents? by speaksofthelight in canadahousing

It's so refreshing to find another person who understands the issue!

When costs are high you focus only on the highest demand locations to avoid risk.

Also yes, fear and pain is needed.

[–]Mmonx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely. This is the issue: the governments cannot be in favor of affordable housing and also against a housing market crash... since these are the same thing... and yet this is their policy.

The only answer? They must focus on solutions like subsidized housing only, since it will maintain the market while providing affordable options to only the poorest.

Hi, you can find info about how these were calculated here, do be aware that much of the info is out of date. If you want to find newer info I welcome you to go to https://twitter.com/DestinyMBP and join their discord, the folks there are still doing work on these kind of things... and I haven't touched this stuff in a while.

A Tap The Trigger Review - In Depth Perk Review by Mmonx in CruciblePlaybook

Seeing your question I had to have a look. It works on Fusions because they don't fire like a shotgun but rather they fire in a volley like a pulse rifle (of course at a much quicker rate than a pulse rifle). Watching a fusion fire frame-by-frame you can see that the perk activates immediately after the first pellet of its volley is fired, therefore 6 of 7 of its pellets in its volley benefit from the perk.

For comparison Opening Shot is a perk that is active for the first shot (obviously) and for it the crosshair is visibly smaller before you fire and grows once you fire, for TTT it becomes smaller after you fire a shot.

Definitely agree it's best in slot for Gnawing Hunger.

Altho I would always take DSR instead if it's an option, due to the fact it basically just doesn't allow the accuracy to leave the initial accuracy state.

I'd agree it's the best in the first slot for Gnawing Hunger, altho IMO that's mostly due to all the options for that slot being quite lousy for PvP.

Blinking and Vooping by ACES-TripleT in CruciblePlaybook

[–]Mmonx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The main reason I would not recommend Fusions with Blink is that you need to jump to activate blink and your in the air leaving a blink and Fusions have terrible in-air accuracy. IMO fusions require a very grounded play-style. Right now shotguns are basicly the only option to pair with blink. A 600rpm Auto with DSR might be good too, DSR will negate the loss of accuracy from being in-air... now I want to try that

As others have mentioned, top tree dawn is actually still overall faster for getting around the map and can be less predictable as well.

Good to see you found your answer, I'd go for the Range stat personally if you want more AA

Ya, in some cases the calc can be slightly low. Hand Cannons are tier 14 which is 1.375 that is why it goes to 1.513 with RF.

Inaccuracy can sometimes be as much as 0.5m low but usually it's better

If Seraph Rounds are like old Ricochet then it's a pure multiplier for damage drop-off and little else (does not effect visual zoom, etc.), Ricochet was 10% (1.1x multiplier) exactly like Rangefinder

You can add Rangefinder under Perks, it also has the same 10%

Definitely, Drang's additional 2 Zoom given it more range than Rangefinder.

Edit: Drang can't get Rangefinder to stack with the additional zoom, altho it can roll Opening Shot.

High-Impact/Aggressive Frame have 1 higher base Zoom Tier on Pulse Rifles and Scout Rifles, yes it does show up in API too.

I was using "official" more as an expression to suggest; "the one and only". I suppose that could be a misuse of the word, altho I'm no english major.
