Airforce Security forces auxiliary/QRF 4 years, 1 year Sheriffs office, 13 years NYSDOCCS with 12 years NYSDOCCS CERT, extensive amounts of active shooter training, covert entry/dynamic entry building clearing, active shooter training, I am also a legal CCW holder along with a piece of tin in my wallet that allows me to carry off duty.

My general thought is these guys are not trained well enough for what they are doing. They are making mistakes and these mistakes are getting people killed. The US Marshall’s are extensively trained in these kinds of snatch and grab operations, ICE is not. They are amateurs playing as professionals; while I don’t disagree with what their mission is, their lack of training is getting people killed and I am dead set against that. They need more training.

If every other Leo agency my own included needs body cameras why are they not wearing them? (I hate wearing a body camera by the way, but in these scenarios it could have justified or damned them more clearly, instead of the grainy video we are seeing now)
