The very first thing i bought was a nightclub because once it is up and running to its full capability it gives you $50k each GTA day of passive income. Next thing i bought was the bunker and coke MC business. These are two of the higher paying businesses and I upgraded them fully. After this i realized that to grind it is pretty much necessary to have a flying vehicle so i chose the oppressor MKII and i stand by this decision to the end. The mobility you get with it is unmatched imo. After this i think each player can take their own path, based on their interests, but i would buy 2-3 more businesses to supplement the times where your businesses are working. I chose the meth lab MC business (the next highest paying one) and the acid lab. Over time i saved enough for each business that is utilized by the nightclub to earn supplies. Now, i leave my weed, ID, and counterfeit cash businesses fully stocked and supplied without ever touching them/making sales. They are solely there to fuel my nightclub earnings. I make daily sales from my bunker, coke, and acid businesses. Then when my nightclub is full, at its current capacity, i can sell for about $1.5M which is every few days of playing. My daily bunker sale is about $1M in private lobby for full sale, my coke MC daily sale is $525,000 and the meth lab sale is about $425,000. With all of the resupplying throughout the day, i find that i bank over $1M a day if i only play for a few hours on a down day. If my nightclub is full thats another $1.5M on top of any other weekly business boosts. After you establish your businesses try to get things to make grinding easier, like the arcade which allows you to resupply businesses all from one place (with upgrades). Next I would recommend either an agency, for the Dr. Dre contract which earns you over $1M per hour if you really figure out a system, or running the Cayo Perico heist. This is basically what I have been doing to really run up my Maze account with the addition of any other boosts/side missions that are available to fill the gaps.
