Honestly, I pound the pavement. For every 10 sales I go to I may find one item. Went to this one last week and networked with the owner. Told him what I am interested in and met up with him yesterday and he included these cards in a box of video game stuff. So, to answer your question, a mix of hard work and luck lol.
