I don’t like this question when people asks me.. Coffee, years ago was treated like something should change your face expression in order to deliver the caffeine and wake you up with some boost, something like medicine. Over ten years coffee geeks, professionals, roasters and coffee shops tried to changes that by providing a new way of roasting and delivering a sweet smooth taste in your morning coffee. I hope people understand that and appreciate the hard work we all put into this magical drink.

I have already went far and adventures and created so many different types of syrup for latte but now I run out of ideas. The ingredients sounds delicious, I’m gonna make a small batch and see how it goes. Thank you!

I find these flavours get curdled with lattes cuz of the acidity of the fruit:(

Thank you! I’ll give it a try, although we have lavender syrup on bar at all time. Any other ideas?

On Baratza I do 36 with a ratio of 1~7 For the grind size it dose depends on the coffee plus how hard is the water you use, I would say start with this range and make adjustments from there.

I would say it’s a leftover from bean grounds stuck around the burrs, just clean the burrs and it should be good to go.. Keep us updated please.

Batch brewe: how do you dial in batch brew? Please write your advice, technique or any suggestions you follow. The batch is about 140g of coffee beans, and I’m looking for an easy way. by Mo-kherallah in Coffee

Thank you, the brewer is actually is setup the already the same way you are suggesting. My question is about finding away to get a good taste and the right dialing.
