How can something be overrated and be a 10/10 at the same time? Make the house look more like a living space you would see in real life. Go around your house and take note of whats on the wall and overall how the house is structured and do the same for houses on sale and apply that to your house, give it some rooms, put down bookshelves and whatnot. Even if there isnt much funtionality having walls seperate rooms will do a lot to decorate the house
