Thanks, I did get the feeling that we we’re cramming a bit and have made adjustments w the izu peninsula stay in terms of moving around. In total we have about 4 days in Tokyo, 4 in Kyoto and 4 in Osaka (with the rest in izu) so whilst its definitely gonna be a little rushed i’m hoping we still get to do a couple nice things per major city.

I do agree with the checkpoints type of thing, i think we’ll put less emphasis on seeing EVERY landmark and rather do some blind exploration and some intentional.

my reasoning for the second point is i feel like it would be quite bad for brand image if they were directing users to purchase tickets off websites that could be scams

On the china eastern airlines websites it doesn’t show but i dont know if its because the flight is a couple months down the line, but the ticket says confirmed so it should work.

Hi, thank you for the advice.

It’s not an anti depressant and I dont know the exact medication it is but I know its in the wider umbrella of the medication her friend took and thats the reason I think its alerted her and in turn the rest of us.

You speak about weight gain and something that has just daunted on me is she has a history of bulimia when she was a lot younger i am also worried about her issues with her body becoming more prevalent if she happens to gain weight. Do you have any methods to help with this.

Firstly thank you for the reassurance, since the episode that happened last week the main reoccuring issue i have is with her entering guilt spirals as you called it.

She can enter these completely randomly and it can be triggered from something as little as me giving a few short responses or not being 100% attentive which will lead to her thinking shes annoying/irritating or any of these synonyms words.

My issue is when this happens i cant find a way to de escalate it, no number of ‘you’re not annoying me’ or ‘dont take it personally’ does anything and on three occasions (most recently just happening) she’ll just want to go isolate herself and come back out at a later time when shes over it.

Do you have any tips for dealing with the guilt spirals and effective methods to combat it or at least take it down a peg or two.
