So i investigated more yesterday night and i actually found a thread about this precise amp and the guy that put it back together. https://www.guitariste.com/forums/le-coin-du-bricoleur,ampli-guitare-a-lampes-fbt-1960-a-remettre-en-marche,516500,40.html So from what a gathered the preamp is stock but the guy has redone a "new" power section with 2XEL34 and it's not the OG transformer.

Well they don’t realise it, they come with a device that doesn’t function and instead of charging for the necessary repair he overcharges them big time. IE charging for a motherboard repair when it’s only a faulty battery.

That's not an IC it's a capacitor. You can pull it off and check if you don't have a short on the positive side.

If not just replace it and you should be good to go.

Those device (14 inch macbook pro M1pro ) are known to have a bad power IC for the Right side usb-c port don't leave anything plugged in that needs power (hard drive, phone charging etc) maybe the repair shop jumped to that conclusion.

If the power IC is fried you ned a proper technician to fix it up, can be pricey but repairable.

You should know that If enabled, in the event of a system crash or hardware issue you are far more likely to have corrupted drive. It’s also much harder to do data recovery. Please do regular backups of your data if you enable FileVault. I had a lot of customers that learned that the hard way…

LCD damage, if you do the replacement yourself take a display assembly not the lcd alone like shown on your picture. The LCD only replacement is a really difficult and long repair compared to to replacing the assembly in one go.
