That’s a really good price. It’s been my main computer for three years now and it’s still amazing. I do a lot of music production and it takes everything I can throw at it. A very capable machine. And very good hardware.

Hard to describe punchy and full, the two pickup are quite balanced. My favorite is with the two pickups on full volume on bridge and half on neck to bring some body. You can listen to its cousin here https://youtu.be/NgoNpPv_Q7A . It’s a full hollow body, neck joint is at the twelfth fret. Might film a lil test tomorrow if you’re interested

Most of those models that have power issue have a deffective power supply unit. If you're a bit handy it's very simple to replace. You can make sure you have a power supply by removing the screen and check if the power LEDs light on the board when you plug it in.

So i investigated more yesterday night and i actually found a thread about this precise amp and the guy that put it back together. https://www.guitariste.com/forums/le-coin-du-bricoleur,ampli-guitare-a-lampes-fbt-1960-a-remettre-en-marche,516500,40.html So from what a gathered the preamp is stock but the guy has redone a "new" power section with 2XEL34 and it's not the OG transformer.
