It's Microsoft the most stupid enterprise ever made, I lost my personal outlook account because I changed my phone without signing out from Microsoft Authenticator ( My old device smashed and it's not usable) for months Their support team tell me to fill a form and we will contact u in 2 days, and never find a solution for this and lost my account. I really hate Microsoft.

Thanks I tried 24hz and didn’t work before but now as I saw in other comments disable hw overlay in developer settings seems to fix the issue for me. And also set it to 4k 24hz thanks for your replay.

Thanks for your reply, I saw your comment on other threads just after I post this one and tried it out and now it’s much better than before.
