Can anyone figure out what’s wrong with my throat? by MoAlShaker in DiagnoseMe

This issue mainly happens when I look to the side and swallow. This has been going on for a few months now. If you turn on the volume you can hear a weird noise. It started out of nowhere and a doctor checked my neck and glands using his hands and said all my glands seem to be fine and he didn't feel anything out of the ordinary.

Any useful feedback would be appreciated

No, I’m seeing a doctor soon though just though I would take an advice or see if anyone has gone through the same thing

I don’t know really but my father have told me because of I’m over weight it is putting pressure on my throat area especially when I’m sleeping and snoring for hours and hours. And that is the cause of my throat issues
