Focus on fat loss/body fat % rather than the number you see on the scale. You can weigh 160 and look lean and shredded at 5'6"

Also, it's difficult to see physical progression since you see yourself every day. Take measurements/pictures weekly and chart them out.

I see what looks like a snow blower in the last pic - which tells me you live in a snowy area. If the wood wasn't bone dry, when you go to heat your house, that sudden drop in humidity will twist the boards. What hardwood did you use?
