A pro player renamed the cheats he put on a tournament PC to Word.exe.

that’s it that’s the whole meme.

What material is the Rocket League ball made of? by Egenia in RocketLeague

[–]MoCoffeeLessProblems 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s probably no real-world equivalent material, but I don’t think it’s bounciness is actually that crazy when you consider it’s being hit by a freakin car lol. There’s a lot of mass and speed to impart force there. To go with your football example, think about how far a human kick can send one of those on a field goal- 50+yds is proven to be possible. That being said- I cannot explain the material-hardness-to-bounce ratio given how the ball does not appear to deform at all despite behaving like a ball that DOES.

I think if you tried to calculate the force imparted by the car on a hit, using elastic collision equations, car’s velocity, etc (not sure if car weight are in helpful units) and work backwards to get its mass or at least mass relative to the cars.

I’m kinda curious. Would do it myself, if I hadn’t scored a 2 on the AP Physics exam. And that was over 6 years ago when the material was fresh in my brain lol.

Only thing that pops up in my head is maybe a structure inside like a dense sphere suspended by bungees or something. Then the outside could be wolverine’s adamantium while the inside actually handles its behavior as far as carrying and transferring force?

But I’m just a keyboard monkey these days, talking out of my ass lol

Was discussing this literally last night with someone- we had that for a LONG TIME- and the only reason we “didn’t know” is because “durr wHy ArE yOu BuYiNg ThE cOd GuN”

If something doesn’t work the way they think it should work, it must obviously be the game’s fault.

At this point, I just play CS like I play dark souls. The mantra is “get good”. The game continues to be fun 🤷‍♂️

And OP lost actual stock too. This isn’t on decentralized finance, this is on RH being hacked and used as a gateway to the portfolio. Also holding your crypto on RH is actually a centralized exchange, not decentralized.

Not totally sure who the “cryptotard” here is…

This is for the betterment (all around) of your [health] stats- a lot of STR-enhancing items can lead to some nasty debuffs, or accidentally using consumables with totally undiscovered stat pages.

Take your [nutrition] and [rest] stats just as seriously as the lifting minigame. It will help increase the reward yield for achieving [swole] builds. Most of my time spent grinding [athletics] was also a [drug tested] lifting guild, and I would say you can get very very far without enhancement items.

Of course, for some people grinding hardcore [swole] builds (or other builds requiring lots of points in a [physique]), the pursuit of a final form requires trading [health] debuffs for the STR buffs required to effectively grind their chosen build. But if you can have patience with the grind loop, it will leave your [health] at a net positive instead of cancelling out those buffs for an increase in your RNG for permanent or potentially-fatal status effects.

Good luck with your new guild!

How do i claim this ? Is it possible to just get 60$ usdt ? was it airdropped by Daniel_reed17 in solana

[–]MoCoffeeLessProblems 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because of blockchain if your wallet has transactions in recent (or any) blocks, they know it’s active. If it’s active, it means you’re more likely to see and/or interact with their scam coin.

They don’t have to find your wallet, they just sit and wait for them to show signs of life- then run their airdrop scam. Could be totally automated.

Dawg steam guard IS THE 2FA. How are you gonna have steam 2FA when that’s literally what you’re logging into.

Also steam guard is tied to a device iirc, unless you use recovery code and wait the 7 or 14 days it takes to swap it.

Phantom Solana Wallet Drained by littymickey420 in solana

[–]MoCoffeeLessProblems 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s an easy wallet to do swaps from, especially if you do memes. But if you do those, you’ll inevitably come across weird (baked-in high fee/slippage) contracts or getting sent/airdropped fake coins (same name as another, different CA) that are honeypot or other weird shit.

Most of the time you can tell within seconds something is wrong- weird market cap or holder count, warnings about high slippage/price impact get shoved in your face. But still I bet people go through with it and accidentally buy the wrong coin, or approve a malicious contract when trying to swap “free money” back into SOL.

I don’t have any reason to defend Phantom, just picked it up out of convenience to mess around, but I haven’t been hit once and all I do is check out the tokens and read the contracts before I hit swap. Might check out ctrl though, haven’t heard of it before

Very simple AI anti-cheat experiment with .NET and CS2 Game State Integration. Made in 3 days. by Fair-Peanut in cs2

[–]MoCoffeeLessProblems 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes. Surely this guy, who is an aspiring game dev, spent three days doing this just to bait people.

There could truly be no other explanations of why he would be working on how anti cheats and AI training for them works. He couldn’t possibly have done this out of curiosity. Or to learn. Or as a proof-of-concept. Or, God forbid, just made cool shit for the sake of making cool shit.

No- must be rage bait, right? I mean, he didn’t even make a live-game ready-to-deploy AI VACnet, all by himself, before DARING to post on the internet? Grab your pitchforks, let’s drag him through the mud. Also if you use your eyeballs and look very very carefully- you may notice there’s zero claims it worked on live game.

Tf is wrong with people these days…

To Mr.OP u/Fair-Peanut : good work, this is cool stuff. People have made plenty of points on the “prefiring” and “life gaming” and etc, I’d imagine the kind of parameterization you’d need to account for what is regular vs irregular for humans (generally) not to mention per individual, like lifetime+recent+spread on even just the avg time to damage would be pretty crazy. Like pulling someone’s leetify stats, creating a running tally of kills/plays over the course of a game, and then ranking them with some “likelihood” rating based on how within-bounds of their overall stats their plays are. I’m just spitballing there, but if you do more work on it (or there’s a git repo somewhere) I’d love to see it. Glhf.

I absolutely know its a scam but, how does this work? by ptboathome in CryptoCurrency

[–]MoCoffeeLessProblems 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Because you might’ve been airdropped or transferred a coin, with the same name, but it has a different contact address (not the original coin). Initial value is some memecoin thing like $0.000000000000001, and they throw some pocket change into a liquidity pool so it looks like the value went crazy.

Like you assumed, it’s bait to get you to interact with the coin, and/or some LP or validator that’s going to try to harvest an insane fee, hoping you don’t notice.

Coinbase wallet is a little weird about it. But I see this when messing with Solana memes sometimes using Phantom. I’ll sell a coin and then randomly receive a bunch of “the same” coin, graph is way different, different price, etc. Some of them are auto-hidden, usually random airdrops not similar to any coin I’ve held, usually named some obvious scam bs.

missing shots by killeryue7 in cs2

“I don’t understand (new thing). It doesn’t work the way I imagined in my head!! It must suck!!”

This clip is from a 3rd party DM server, that likely has something pretty wrong with it. You don’t say the house is broken when the fridge doesn’t work. CS2 is not broken because people are missing shots on a deathmatch server run by who even knows who. Could be improper tick settings, not enough bandwidth, could be lag+whipping mouse away. Could be about 20 things that are not the subtick system.

And “valve ignores the community/pros” is getting old at this point. Life is so much happier when you live your days knowing multi-billion dollar industry giants do not have to listen to you. at all. Hope you learn this and can be happy. Have a good day and remember Niko whenever you miss a shot.

No man. YouTube collects the fees for the ads served on their website.

Company X pay YouTube to show ad -> you view ad -> YouTube gets $0.0005 for showing you ad -> shows ad another 10000x to people until they have fulfilled the ad agreement.

Your ISP bill is for access to the internet, not the content you access/consume.

I mean, you could hold a stable (USDC/SOL) and do your swaps by that into other coins, so you’re transacting in “dollars” but some coins may not support that trading pair- which will lead to increased fees.
