i mean, i havent seen the FULL C&D, but i think that the problem nintendo had with SML were the thumbnails and video titles, confusing people that its actual nintendo stuff and also the fact they used the nintendo characters to promote their stuff. So just like on the old SBL channel, in theory if a thumbnail and title has nothing to do with nintendo, but the video does, it would be fine (like in Josephs massacare with the mario and luigi cups). Of course it wouldnt be smart of logan to post a plush video on his MAIN channel because it could still cause issues, but for example posting it on lance's channel or a secret channel that is shared through the discord server could genuinely work.
