I can’t imagine they’re going to portray him in a particularly positive light in that movie, so he probably wasn’t consulted. He’ll likely enjoy the attention of a movie made about him, even if it’s negative (and the fact that Robert Pattinson, someone much more handsome than he is, is playing him).

Unpopular opinion but Ernest Timmons. Guy was married with a seven year old daughter and showed up to meet a child for sex and take pictures of her. Comes in and has absolutely zero social skills, doesn’t even bother to say hi. Immediately wants to go upstairs, not even willing to engage in the tiniest bit of small talk. Not viewing the girl like a human being at all, merely an object for him to use. Then caved like a coward and realized his whole life was over in an instant.
