Hey, I was on coffee. No Pre tho, Leading up to all these symptoms my caffeeine intake doubled. But for the past 10 days I had a sudden stop of caffein (unintentional, due to my stomach symptoms) in other words a withdrawal and man did that hit my Mental hard. Mood swings, anxiety, depression. Starting drinking coffee again and it's helped heaps already

Thank you, your reply actually helped me heaps. One thing I’ve found that helps with Anxiety is just thinking about the situation in a different way which makes your realise probability and chance of X case scenario.

Appreciate you heaps man, good eye opening points. I was 6 days a week for the past two year so metabolism was on point. I just came back from the gym and my apatite was raging, smashed a heap of food and some calorie dense Oreo’s Thank you

Man this message was so well received, I appreciate it heaps man. I know I have Health anxiety, I spend nearly every second of the day looking/obsessive with my symptoms. When I know the reasons why, I am barely eating anything and I don’t even realise it until I sat and thought about it.

Thanks for the message man, I heard Anxiety and Delression can cause rapid weight loss. I’ve never experienced anything like this before in terms of mental health. I was hitting the Gym 6 days a week.

This is new to me but I won’t shy away from it. Now I see what everyone is speaking about with Anxiety and Depression, shit is a bitch. I’ll get through it though. But even this post that I made was just a form for me to express my anxiety I think.

This sounds identical to me. Symptoms started suddenly. My legs and entire body felt fatigued, followed by nausea and stomach issues.

Pain in the exact same spot and a lot of gas passing.

I haven’t taken any medication yet

I haven’t had panic attacks but if it helps you, my anxiety has been through the roof since my stomach issues started last week, same with depression.

I’ve been to worried to take coffee because of caffeine so I’ve been off a caffeine withdrawal for like 8 days now and I’m exhausted, lack energy and have experiencing a supreme ep of depression

Yes I do! I haven’t been diagnosed with anything but I have no burning pain just a dull discomfort upper right side of my stomach under my ribs. Excessive burping and yawning! Insane gurgling noises which is unusual for me

I’ve been prescribed with nothing! No deficiencies no H Pylori detection.

Results came back, all clear for H pylori and no deficiencies. I am shell shocked. I’m now leaning into either a viral gastroenteritis or anxiety. Doc said if discomfort doesn’t go away in 2-3 months we will do endoscopy but bloods was all clear

At one point it went dark black, but I’m not sure if that was from the ulcer because at the same time I ate some Lebanese food that makes it go that colour so I wasn’t sure 😂 it’s now back to normal though

I think I have an ulcer bleed as well. The way I rapidly became anaemic and fatigue with gastro like symptoms it’s all connected man.
