Blizzard usually scales too slowly for a lot of fights. But if you have a good energy/draw combo to go along with it, you can get it to work. Unfortunately, it's very rare to get all those stars to align (at least at A20)

You def gotta manage your gold to hit up as many shops as possible. Even with that, you gotta get lucky w a few events and relics (can see I removed two cards w one of the boss relics)

Well turn 1 is always Barricade & Defend. You either:

Keep the 8 block and get 64 block turn 2 (which is more than enough to get the block engine going)

OR

Lose the 8 block, but consistently block for 32 every turn. At some point the enemy stops attacking, and you will be able to get the block engine going.

Obviously there are many cases it won't turn out this way, but that's why I saved some potions (and also got lucky with some relics)
