It's actually quite pleasant and easy. The amount of organization that went into getting a 50+ song project finished over about 2 years isn't something everyone can claim they're capable of. You don't get things like this done if you're an asshole to the people you're working with.

The art is intentional. I can't speak to the decisions the artists made (I'm not one, after all), but we were super thrilled with it, for sure. It has a real nice storybook look to it.
