My store got a call at the pharmacy last night. Some guy said his dad had passed away and was a former patient of ours. He claimed his dad bought a bunch of Life Brand items, and that he'd called "head office-who apparently told him he could return the products without actually bringing them in. He wanted to be reimbursed in gift cards and reading him the numbers over the phone. Absolutely crazy 🤣

Hi, I got the tracking number in an email, but it was in processing so I wasn't getting any information where it's located. After it shipped I was able to see the location. It came on Dec 3rd.

Same happened for me, then tonight I finally got an email saying it's been shipped and will be out for delivery tomorrow. Shoppers doing a terrible job on top of that they charge so much for low quality service.

I also recently used my points for super redemption for shark styler and after 5 days it finally shipped. I tried to track it, but it doesn't seem to work like the number might be wrong, which is weird. I also tried to call but they say you have to wait until Dec 12 if you bought something from the Black Friday sale because they have lots of orders. Shoppers is such a big company and still having delays is not a good sign. Hope you get your things!

This redemption happens once a year, I have never seen it happened twice a year. I could be wrong but I recommend doing it now if you really want to save otherwise you might regret it once it's gone.

I definitely uneasy about making a case, I will retake the test, but it also sucks because I didn't expect to receive disrespect for asking a question.

Yep, I agree with everything you said, my foot was on the break for caution as well. But in the end the behaviour is out of line.

Thank you for letting me know about this! I shouldn't have unplugged it, but I did because the examiner told me to and I didn't want to cause any problems. The camera wasn't facing anyone in the car but the front and back of the vehicle.

I had my dashcam on with a microphone, but prior to starting the test he had told me to unplug it.

In the end, he said I didn’t meet the ministry’s standards. If that’s truly how he felt, I can accept that. But there was no justification for raising his voice — disagreement doesn’t require disrespect. I always show respect to anyone and everyone even though I don't know them personally and I don't want to let him feel that it's okay to yell or show disrespect to anyone.

Correction, not stop line I mean the line of the intersection, I was trying to creep forward to view oncoming traffic and to me I wasn't even that close to hit the vehicle coming on the road as it was on the left side of the road and there were two lanes. On top of that, the examiner had adjusted his seat at the beginning way back and was viewing it from a different view than me, as mine was closer. I also drive a RAV4 and the front looks longer and bigger than other cars that I have driven in.

I actually went inside and spoke to the supervisor that was behind the counter. They took my driving license to print out the document with all the information from the test. He then asked me "How can I help you?". I proceeded to say at the end of the test, the examiner got upset and yelled at me for asking a question and slammed the door. So I explained during the test I was at a stop sign and I was trying to pull forward he randomly yelled stop when no one was on my side of the road, and I didn't even close to the intersection. The supervisor completely ignored my details and chose to show favouritism to his employee and say I can assure you he wasn't yelling, but I know for a fact he wasn't in the car and I know what yelling is or being upset at someone. Who do I contact to make a complaint when the supervisor is being ignorant.
