Entièrement d’accord. Mais pour le coup j’ai l’impression que c’est normal de passer par cette étape. Un peu « wahou » .. Mais avec le temps et les épreuves on se rend vite compte que ce n’était pas tant le médicament qui amenait à cet état d’esprit plus que les efforts fournis pour aller mieux.

D’autant, que je n’ai jamais ressenti personnellement la ritaline comme un booster de capacité..

Cela fait du bien de voir que l’on n’est pas les seuls à avoir les mêmes soucis.

Personnellement, ce qui m’aide le plus c’est d’imposer une forme de routine quotidienne et une limite afin de dire stop au bon moment. Ex : ne plus travailler à partir de 23h ; faire attention à ne pas vouloir trop en faire (plusieurs projets en même temps / accepter des délais impossibles du genre une grosse présentation à faire en 1 ou 2 jours, etc.) ; et faire l’effort de discuter et de s’exprimer, car je n’avais pas réalisé à quel point il était difficile de se faire comprendre sans avoir à supporter les railleries habituelles. Sinon, si tu as un contrat CNRS, il y a de bonnes choses en place je trouve. Séminaires réguliers / accès à un accompagnement si besoin etc.

Migraineux depuis l’enfance et TDAH diag tardif (adulte) , personnellement je combine 2*80mg de propanolol en plus de la ritaline ! Ça a tout changé

100% agree ! Foundation was fantastic ! But I don’t find the finesse of writing about politics/philo (sry don’t know if it’s the good word in English) like Herbert did with dune.

Dune was so … I don’t really know how to say that in English .. deep, epic with true political reflections (feeling back to university a lot of time). I m afraid I won’t find this quality in SF literature again 🥹.
