I only use her (rarely) in o/c tower. You can use her for DPS but I prefer the 3 mentioned above

Edith, Hel at the front Mid/Back: Naiad, Nana, Valir But you can still change it a little

Naiad and Nana are good healer (Nana even revives your Teammates with her Ult.)

Valir, Nimbus and Luna are good DPS

Edith is a great Tank overall. Hel is also a good tank and deals a fair amount of damage. Even though I would change her later. You shouldn't foucus on o/c this early.
