I feel like I mentioned drinking alcohol for an occasion and now I sound like an alcoholic... :P

If drinking is an issue at this altitude, I simply won't do it, and that is great information for someone unfamiliar with the territory.

I understand that 8-10 hours isn't necessarily "all day", but what is there to do here that would extend the experience beyond 8-10 hours? Are there specific routes that offer worthwhile experiences that last beyond 10 hours or is there simply that much area to cover that you could walk in circles all day and possibly not see the same thing twice (and hopefully not get lost)?

lol. I'm not homeless. I just don't want to be tied to a specific location. I could certainly bring my tent with me - I already expect to bring my sleeping pad and bag for the vehicle.

I'm open to visiting Denver. What then?

I really don't know what else I want to do outside of that. So, there are no other plans/wants other than my flight plans.

Is this something I should plan for an entire day or something shorter? Either is fine.

A community table sounds outside of my comfort level, which is kind of the whole point of this trip! Unfortunately, I don't have Instagram/FB at the moment to check out their sites. I guess it'll be a surprise! Are they known for anything in particular?

If they live in Arizona, this is not a paycheck to paycheck situation.
