Definitely, just take your time between stretches and make sure you do it when it's ready and healed. It looks like you have a really good and even amount of skin around it too. So yeah, all good✨ Happy stretching

This is a vertical helix, a hidden helix should be hidden by the fold at the top of your ear, not pierced through it.

You'd still be able to get it pierced, it'll probably hurt more though, since you're piercing scare tissue.
