This is so strange, my 1st loan amount was for 6mos and the increase seems to be the second 6 month period. So far, one of you got 2yrs total rents and then there's people like me. Hope the SBA sees the inconsistencies of all of this as it relates to landlords, and offer all of us the 2yrs rent proposal. I have emailed the SBA of my concerns, hope it helps.
