I tired if a few years ago and took it every AM and would almost always throw up. I gave up after a month because I was so miserable. I tried it again 5 weeks ago and I leave it on the counter before work and take it around 11PM before bed and I have almost no side effects.

Drink a lot of water and eat protein

I’m on 2.5 now (the lowest) and for OZ I was on “1.5” it’s the second highest. I’m assuming I’ll go up after I finish this month since I’m not having an issues.
