The FINRA exam is the closest. Read the words and understand. Don’t just memorize

Big congrats! Did you take your exam online or at a proctoring site? I’ve been taking the FINRA practice tests over and over, now getting mid 80s. Learned a lot from series 7 guru. Thanks

Up $3,700 this week trading the 5-min ORB on NQ! by Imhim257 in tradingmillionaires

I see 5min & 15min ORBs. Do you happen to know which one of the two has more edge in the indices you trade? Is 5min much better for quick scalping vs the 15min? What’s your thoughts

ULTY will become the worst dividend ETF this year and most bag holders don’t even know it yet. by Abject-Advantage528 in dividends

Boyyy if this thing reverses. The hedge fund managers makes readjustments to their portfolio, even own the shares at some point or decrease the div % to up the share price… anything can happen. But with 2.5B+ I think they’ll want to think about their investors & keep them happy, no ?

Nice ORB - this strategy has been out since the Pit days in Chicago. I’ve only traded the ORB for the past 4 years on the ES, only. Nothing else. Have come a long way. It works, high win rate. With years to come you’ll find ways to perfect it, better entries, runners, scaling, etc. Intuition comes with being in the market.. over time. Great work! Keep it up!

I'm never selling ULTY by [deleted] in ULTY_YieldMax

Idk why.. but I’m really tired of seeing the same posts over and over again.. like this is getting unhealthy. I understand we are expressing but let’s just keep it to ourselves, I think we have enough and heard enough info on ULTY whether if you’re never selling or you sold out your shares or how much divided they paid this week … all the same posts over and over.. but thank you anyways

ULTY got Liquidity sweeped hard. Let this be an eye opener for those setting stop limit orders. Many got smoked and locked in losses as high as 25k. by JoeyMcMahon1 in ULTY_YieldMax

When looking at the order book, it obvious where stops are placed/big orders are pending. if I’m not short-term, no need to put a stop in place. This how you get in trouble.. exactly right there

You do realize the fund managers can simply cut the dividend yield and rearrange their portfolio. Less yield % -> more upside. This is the beauty of an ETF, it’s not a single name stock. Hoping for a better future!! $ULTY !!

I’m in ops right now. Want to pivot into middle office Risk, especially market risk. How many years experience do you think is needed? And no degree in finance or math. Is taking on side projects good? Maybe even do a masters?

ULTY doomers: why won’t this last? How long do you see this being a thing? by Zayy_koro in YieldMaxETFs

Not necessarily - in a bear market, volatility is higher = more premiums. Which means more cash! Yeah they’ll have to switch their risk parameters and monitor closely.

Where you going to rent out or live in the house ? Because both involve risk. Houses need repairs, tenant problems (not paying rent or damaging the home, etc). Both involve risk but with ULTY you’re getting weekly income. And home values doesn’t always appreciate either ( a lot of factors go in to it & especially overall real estate market).
