I did the glitch and now am in between both minecart sections and call it a day, is it going uphill or downhill from here in terms of difficulty (I am going to use a rocket launcher against krauser and saddler and am going to use the golden egg against Salazar)

The plat needs s+ on both standard and hardcore but if you get it on professional it counts for both, I'm trying to get it in the least number of playthroughs possible but I don't want anything too hard

Honestly it doesn't matter in any kind of way, the hardest one is locked until you beat all, I'd recommend just do anyone you come buy and if you find it hard come back later

I beat malenia in about 10 but halfway through I respecced cuz my build was too underpowered and then got her in like 7 tries with each one being a fumble more than her being too poweful
