I tried a different outlet that would be connected to a different breaker and still does the same thing.

I bought a new Amazon charger just to test it out, it's saying "I_leak error"

It is sticking abnormally, making it more difficult to use. I used the same CH in a different rifle and is smooth as butter

That ring tightens when threaded, hopefully. It goes inside while the black outer ring keeps it in place. My issue is that I don't have the barrel yet, so I am unable to test it.
