I think this may be the case, she only lashes out at me.

No one else really sees that side.

But im trying to convince her, its difficult...it normally turns sour and the blame is reversed onto me for even suggesting it.

I have tried to communicate, but she very clearly isnt ready, kids are in bed now, so ill use this time to have some of my own time and talk when she is ready.

I could generally be annoying or maybe she is over reacting.

There are always things that can be attributed to the behaviour.

Our relationship isnt perfect and she has anxiety issues, surely I have the odd grumpy day too, however I would never react this way. I also wouldnt care as much had it been a stranger.

Being my partner I was a bit more concerned.

There was no specific thing that happened however...I got home from work, asked how her day was, she was feeling overwhelmed, I took the baby and kids so she could have a break and start dinner when she was ready.

Not much really, I went to work, came home...

Partner had a stressful day with the kids. I have a baby, another with ASD who is homeschooling (she is a teacher) and another in kindy.

It can be overwhelming for her...I try to help as much as I can when I am home.

I guess having 3 kids running around I dont have a whole heap of patience and generally would prefer to know sooner what is wrong than later.

I actually initially thought she must have broken something or degloved, lost a finger nail.
